Red Light and Infrared Technology
Our Red Light pod with near infrared technology is clinically proven to improve many different conditions, is medical grade, non invasive, and most importantly FDA Approved!!! Using 660nm Red Lights with 850nm Infrared technology we provide not only aesthetic benefits, but also that deep penetrating soothing and relaxing warmth you feel from the sun throughout your body.
While both 660nm red light and 850nm infrared light are used in light therapy, the key difference is that 660nm light primarily affects the surface layers of the skin, promoting collagen production and improving skin texture, while 850nm infrared light penetrates deeper into tissues, reaching muscles and joints, offering benefits like pain relief and improved muscle recovery; both are generally considered safe with minimal side effects when used properly, but potential issues include eye strain if not protected properly.
Key points about 660nm red light:
-
Penetration depth: Primarily affects the superficial layers of the skin.
-
Benefits: Reduces wrinkles, improves skin texture, promotes wound healing, helps with acne, and can decrease inflammation in the skin.
-
Common applications: Facial skincare, post-surgical healing, minor skin injuries.
-
Key points about 850nm infrared light:
-
Penetration depth: Can reach deeper tissues like muscles and joints.
-
Benefits: Pain relief, improved muscle recovery, deep tissue healing, potential benefits for arthritis and joint pain.
-
Common applications: Muscle recovery after exercise, joint pain management, deep tissue healing.
-
Side effects of both red and infrared light therapy:
-
Eye strain: Important to wear protective eyewear during treatment.
-
Skin irritation: May occur in sensitive individuals, especially with high intensity or prolonged exposure.
-
Headache: In rare cases, especially with high intensity treatments

Did you know that incorporating red light therapy with near infrared waves can significantly enhance fat loss?
Recent studies have shown that women who used this combination experienced an average of 50% more fat loss compared to their peers!

Recent studies support the notion that exposure to red light can improve sperm motility while producing little or no DNA damage to sperm cells. Results open up the possibly that red light exposure could be used to improve IVF results in humans and possibly in animals obviating the need for drug induced stimulation of sperm. The current technique could also be used in conjunction with established IVF techniques to improve treatment outcomes.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) has been shown to have a positive effect on neck pain. A systematic review of 16 RCTs showed that LLLT reduces pain from immediate post-treatment in acute neck pain and up to 22 weeks following completion of treatment in those with chronic neck pain. Studies indicate it can significantly reduce pain intensity, improve range of motion, and provide both short-term and long-term relief for both acute and chronic neck pain, often demonstrating better results compared to placebo treatments
